Dessert with Strawberries and Cheese

• How to make a dessert with Strawberries and Cheese.

1. Mix the cheese with cream, sugar, vanilla and grind through a sieve. Sort the Strawberries, remove the stalks, wash and cut into four parts.

2. Put a layer of half the curd mass in a cream pan, make a layer of strawberries on top ( half of the total volume), sprincle with chocolate ( 1 tablespoon).

Then we repeat all the layers again.

3.Decorate the finished dessert with whipped cream and serve.

INGREDIENTS

Cheese   100g

Strawberries   100g

Cream    2 tabs

Sugar- to taste

Chocolate  ( grated) 2 tabs

Vanilla- to taste

Whipped cream- to taste.
