Poem about stress
Stress, a constant companion
Never far away
It lurks in every corner
It never goes astray
It weighs upon my shoulders
It drains my energy
It makes every task a burden
It saps my vitality
But still I carry on
I push through the pain
For I know that on the other side
There's sunshine after rain
So I take a deep breath in
And I let it out slow
I remind myself to keep going
To not let stress overthrow
For I am stronger than I know
And I will overcome
I'll rise above the chaos
I'll find my way home
So don't give up, dear friend
Don't let stress win the fight
We'll face it head on
We'll see the dawn's early light
