Fake News:Is Truth Lost?

Yet today, we have mulitmedia, who,print smear,speculation,using lawyer- speak wording,so they won't be open to litigation.Many things are IMPLIED,Fingers are pointed,a little like a malicious small town gossip,long used to covering their back,& letting some other gullible soul,take the fall for it.. William Randolph Hearst once said to a photographer..Get me the the pictures,I'll provide the war!" Today taken totally out of context,by paranoics,as proof Hearst fermented war,What WR Hearst mean then was, in a nutshell.. Where theres a war,i will send you..
Needle In A Haystack
Trying to find anything approaching balanced coverage of a newsworthy its has become almost impossible in todays world,Again,its nothing new,To quote Sir Winston Churchill,"Truth is always the first casuality of war"But today,it has decended into hysyerical propaganda,devoid of nearly all the facts,Either National or political prestige,is put before ang consideration,A great example being the current US afministrations "spin" on the withdrawal from Afghanistan,The Democratic spin doctors called it the Biden Doctrine" in an consideration effort to being some political respectability to what was quitr patently a complete humanitarian disaster,leaving behind tens of thousands who helped them during their time there,to almost certain death..Because America uses media as the main source of information,this was at best "damage limitation" at worst,a complete lie,to cover up a total mess..Without consience,or humanity,People who live a grandiose lifestyle,far away from the conflict,decided if innocent souls should live or die! Appalling ethics,but very typical of what news has become.Given the onward march of denial & censorship,this may not change anyway soon,in fact,for the forseeable future it may get worse
Creating The News Or Reporting It ?
Media today,Multimedia,have a pressure to find news stories,Newspapers are fast becoming a relic of the past also..Falling circulation,because of Online news means eventually,that they will be as extinct as 8 track music tapes (Anyone remember those)🙂So from desperation to attract attention,they use "Sensationalist Headlines" about small topics, to sell.. Multimedia, uses the 4 word "Sound byte" for the same reasons,Either way, The news is manipulated,Big bold headlines brainwash easily,as does the 4 word soundbyte..for different reasons,Example:Many people don't have time,to read a full article anymore,so they normally just read the top few words & sentences,Its the world we live in..
Burying The Truth
Both Governments & Corporations today,use a simple tactic, for burying truth..If something (An Article) comes out that has real viable fact based truth..The above mentioned,just simply get their "lackys" to work,and bury it under a mammoth load of disinformation,So even searching for the article,may mean its on the 25th search page of a search engine,if at all.This tactic has worked, the object nearly always attained..Bury it,make the writer look like a "crank" then laugh it off,but above all..DENY,DENY DENY!.The result being..Ordinary people are hardly ever being given independant factual news anymore..It always has "Political Spin" Professionals whose job it is,to ensure the Govt or Corporate message gets across,,regardless of truth..
Censorship & Propaganda
Propaganda has always been used as a method of mass brainwashing,taken to evil insane lengths by people like the Nazis,But before that, by just about every nation everywhere..It stirs & motivates people,fires passions & at times downright hatred,Most isn't true..But its a potent political or Corporate weapon, that works..Sadly! Censorship,as we mentioned,has many methods it can use...Bury it beneath false information,blackmail or frighten publications not to print it,Label the author as a "crank" to discredit them,or use smear,lies & dissmulated wording to deflect it..Or if thats not working,"Digress" (Not a good idea,,because people will start to realise you're "avoiding" the real issue)
Corrupting An Ideal
Censorship has taken root in some western demoracies now,Things are being told that are simply untrue:"Lionising some who are patently unfit,to hold office,portraying them as "Saviours" While hysterically vilifying everyone who opposes them,isn't demoracy,or even plutoracy,Its childish,like a little kid,who telks lies about another,kid..Because they didn't give them candy..Bottem line..its regression,on a vast scale,Politics of the kindergarden! I will finish here with a quote from my late father,a man of firm ideas & cold hard truth,( whether wanted or not😄) "Don't piss down my back,& try & tell me its raining!! Hold that thought..
