They must embrace presence in deciding goals, understanding options, creating possible alternative scenarios and situations, and determining the direction to take. They require strategic thinking. Strategic thinking, defined as the process that determines the way people think, see, see and create the future for themselves and others, is essentially the ability to know what one wants, what one can achieve and how to achieve it. Developing a strategic approach is not always easy because it is a mind rather than a set of techniques. However, this implies the most important difference between an average performer and an exceptional performer. Success and achievement are not to be taken lightly. Strategic thinkers are able to visualize the big picture, recognize the potential impact of their decisions, and plan a way to achieve it. Successful strategic thinkers have the ability to define their goals and create an action plan with goals broken down into tasks that are specifically measured in terms of timeline and resources. They set deadlines and commit. They are even consciously aware of their own prejudices and assert their own situations, opinions and views within this framework. This helps them to ensure that their own background is not a hindrance but an enhancement to their goals. Their framework always provides a plan A, B, and C that will lead them all to the same expected outcome. They list all possible ways in a reasonable time frame for action. concern Strength They are good at making decisions. After a comprehensive evaluation, they chose a path and went to it without hesitation. They may have doubts, but they don't let the doubts cloud the vision. They effectively communicate what they want and need using clear commands while respecting the thoughts and wishes of others. They can respond well under pressure and reduce anxiety by sticking to their decision and avoiding excessive questioning. With a high level of self-confidence and self-esteem, they take compliments and criticism in a good way. They defend their opinions without harming others and can persuade without violence and hatred. They were easily followed. They are humble enough to be flexible and adapt their ideas and framework to actually achieve the desired vision. They don't confuse flexibility with a lack of structure. They accept the rules of the game because they know that without rules there is no fair game. Strategic thinkers are flexible thinkers that allow them to switch and think about something in more than one way and develop different strategies. Along with working memory and self-control, flexible thinking is one of three important executive skills that allow you to manage your thoughts, actions, and emotions to get things done.
