On May 14th 2021 Liz Davis released her first single In Here on all major streaming platforms; this was soon followed by What You've Been Doing on June 28th.
Although recent releases; Liz Davis is not new to the Irish music scene. In fact 3 of her songs, "What You've Been Doing", "In Here" & "Put The Moves On", were featured in the award-winning 2009 Irish teen drama series, "Aisling's Diary".
Although released for TV and radio at the time, the songs were never then released onto streaming platforms, so in 2021 Liz began the work of having her songs remastered and began releasing throughout the year.
Liz's songs are a mix of R&B, soul and pop and she both writes and sings all her own material. Bare Faith Little Fear was released on July 30th followed by her song Blend on Oct 8th. To close out the year her fifth song was released on Dec 31 called Bare Faith 2 finishing the year of music.
Liz has also featured on tracks for other artists including the Irish hip hop group The Elements, and provided backing singing for Niall Duffy on his 2007 album "Time Sleeps For No One" and performed on his live gigs. She has also been a regular guest at Irish trad group, Drantáin's sessions & many open-mic nights.
She has worked with great producers including, Pat Dunne, Sun Studios; Frank Kearns, Salt Studios; The Elements, House of Flying Daggers & Dean Earls.
Liz has performed in top venues on the Dublin music scene, including Whelans, The Sugar Club, Voodoo Lounge, The Hub, The Button Factory and The Shelter.
Be sure to have a listen to her fantastic songs, give them a like and follower her on your music platform of choice.
