Diet, exercise and yoga to control blood sugar


  Glucose is your body's main source of energy, and it is found in the carbohydrates we eat, such as sugar and grains.  It travels through your blood to all the cells in your body.  Your blood glucose level is called blood sugar or blood glucose.


      When functioning normally, your body regulates this level of glucose in the blood, which uses insulin to supply your cells with the fuel they need, the hormone that absorbs glucose into cells for energy.  Permanent.


    Low blood sugar can also occur, which can cause similar symptoms and lead to serious complications.


      Therefore, it is important to consult with your medical provider about controlling high or low blood sugar levels, especially if you have diabetes.


  Diet for diabetes


  Proper diet can help control your blood sugar and help you regain weight.  Many well-known and popular food schemes may give you a road map for this.  You will want to choose something that you can follow along with the foods you like, so you can stick to it.


  See the size and calories of your portions.  Cut down on fried foods, sweets, sugary drinks, and salt or fat.  Focus on a variety of vegetables, including whole grains, lean protein, low-fat dairy products, fruits, and healthy fats.  You may need to eat every hour to keep your blood sugar level constant.  Your doctor or diabetes teacher can help you adjust your diet, so it may be right for you.


  Do strength training at least twice a week.  It can improve blood sugar control.  You can lift weights or work with protective bands.  Or you can do push-ups, squats and squats with your own weight.  Your strength training program should work throughout your body.  Adjust your schedule so that you can work different muscle groups on different days or exercise a few times more.  It is best to work with a certified fitness instructor or trainer so you can learn the right way to do each exercise.


  Mediterranean diet


   This heart-healthy diet includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken, nuts, olive oil, legumes, and whole grains.  What you do not eat often: red meat, butter, salt.  Studies have shown that diet can help control blood sugar levels.  You can have wine with food, but the American Diabetes Association recommends that you, as a woman, not drink more than one drink a day and that you be a man should not drink more than two drinks a day.



   Nutritionists recommend this diet plan, which is designed to help many people lower their blood pressure by focusing on fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products, whole grains, lean meats, fish, nuts, and beans.  (It also allows for some sweets. You should eat it in moderation.) A 2011 study found that exercise can improve insulin sensitivity as part of an overall weight loss program.


  Exercises and yoga to lower blood sugar


  Make a list of fun activities.  You have a lot of options, you do not have to go to the gym.  What's better?  Think about the things you always want to try or what you have enjoyed before.  Some of the concepts are sports, dance, yoga, walking and swimming.  Anything that raises your heart rate.


    Adventure sports like rock climbing or scuba diving should be safe if you are in good health after diabetes.  Make sure you are getting proper training.  Do not do these activities alone, because if your blood sugar is too low (what doctors call "hypoglycemia"), you may need help.  Take fast-acting carbohydrates such as sports gel, glucose tablets, or a tube of cake icing

  Hydrate.  Drink water before, after and after exercise even if you are not thirsty.

 Stop if something hurts suddenly.  It is normal if you have mild pain in your muscles.  Not a sudden pain.  If you do not do much, you are not likely to get hurt very quickly.
