Feed young children a variety of foods

Some mothers are confused about what to give and what not to give when starting to give baby food after six months.  Also, the supplementary nutrients required for the growth of the child are not available from the mother's breast milk, so can we prepare food for the baby from natural ingredients?  Here is the information and some recipes Ingredients: Millet KG.  One bowl of wheat, one bowl of rice, chickpeas, dal, dal, peas, mandya, 2 spoons of each, one peppercorn, one inch of cloves, one inch of nutmeg, one bag of rice.  How to make it: Drain the sprouts of millet and stir in the shade, heat it, and heat the rest of the broth a little.  Put it all togetherGrind it and hold it in a sieve with a thin cloth.  One tablespoon of powder should be mixed with water and boiled.    The child should be fed little by little.  After this becomes a habit, you can increase it by one spoon every month and make it harder.  You can add ghee to it and add jaggery or jaggery to taste.  A spoonful of dry fruits and nuts powder can be fed for one year.  Ingredients for Kichdi: One spoon of rice, one spoon of gram, one spoon of millet, a little potato, beetroot, carrot and spinach, green leafy vegetables.

Then it should be done quickly.  You can give this kiva to the child by squeezing it well in the hand.  Do not add too much salt to this kichdi.  # Vegetables and fruits are good to give to children because they have more nutrients in sweet potato, potato, carrot, beetroot, pumpkin and banana, papaya, sapota, pomegranate, apple, butternut.  Puree one fruit or vegetable at a time.  Fruits can be steamed and flashed and given directly to the baby.  Milk should not be used to make puree.  If it is too hot, you can add some hot water.  Vegetables can also be steamed and mashed in the same way.  Dry Fruits Puree Dry fruits after eight months

Roll the ball (peanuts, bitter gourds, apricots), and eat it by adding fruits to it and fermenting it because it contains more nutrients. Some children cannot digest it.  • Avoid salt and sugar. Young children find it difficult to digest salt and sugar.  As we add salt or sugar for taste, it puts more pressure on children's kidneys.  A child's muscles are very sensitive up to two years.  Don't put too much pressure on it.  Easily digestible light food should be given.  For six months, the mother is breastfed, if the mother's milk is not enough, then the formula milk prescribed by the doctor can be fed.  Avoid giving rice or other food before six months as much as possible.
