In the evening, soak several pieces of beans (5-7) in boiled water (100 ml). Eat them in the morning on an empty stomach, drink the water in which they stood. You can have breakfast only one hour after the procedure. It takes one and a half months to achieve the effect of using beans according to a folk recipe.

Grate the horseradish on a fine grater, mix the gruel with sour milk (other sour milk products will not work) - 1 tbsp. l. horseradish on a glass of sour milk. Keep in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, drink a tablespoon 30 minutes before meals. Patients with diabetes should use such a tincture according to a folk recipe until their well-being normalizes.

Grind and then squeeze the onion juice (half a liter is needed). Mix it with alcohol, proportions 1:1. Store in a dark place inside a glass container. Use it for 1 tbsp. spoons per day for 10 weeks with a twenty-day break after the first five.

Mix 1 chicken egg with the juice of 1 lemon with a mixer. Drink the mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.

Pour green tea (6 m) and ginger powder (2 g) with half a liter of hot water or boiling water. Stir, put on fire, after boiling, cook for another 3 minutes. This tea according to a folk recipe, drink several mugs (200 ml) every day for two weeks.

Mix fresh carrot and beet juice (50 ml each). Drink in the morning before meals for three weeks.

Boil a handful of aspen bark in a three-liter container (pot, kettle). Strain, drink the decoction instead of tea. The bark that remained inside the kettle after brewing, pour water once more and boil for five minutes. After the second portion is over, take a week break, then repeat the course with fresh bark. After 2 brews of 1 portion of bark, take a one-month break.

Folk recipes for diabetes are innumerable, because nature is rich in various plants (vegetables, fruits, herbs, root crops) that contribute to lowering the level of sugar in a person's blood. Most of them are common in temperate latitudes and are often found in our everyday life, others are available in all pharmacies in the form of herbal preparations, powders and ready-made tinctures.
