Balanced diet

A balanced diet is composed of primary food substance that you eat to make you healthy and strong.

There are different classes of food:

1. Carbohydrates: Rice,yam,gari 

2. Protein: Beans,Egg 

3. Vitamins: fruits and vegetables 

4. Fats and oil: sunflower oil, castor oil

5. Minerals: iron rich foods

6. Water: fruits

We also have some added diet and they include: Cereals, legumes and milk.

They help a lot in improving our diet.

Make sure you eat the right appropriate food. It helps enhance our diet.

NOTE: Eating lots of carbohydrates and starchy food is not too good. It's better adding a microwave of protein in it.
