     3 Tips to stay Calm

     In this life you will always find people who have a   bad mood and this is due to the stress in which they live in their work centers, studios or home. To enable you to deal with these people, I recommend the following.

    There are people who are immune to bad mood, and it is because they always put into practice these tips that I will give you below, and I hope you take them into account. Do not get infected with that negative vibration.

    1. Different thoughts:

People who remain calm, always respect the opinion of those who have a bad mood. They do not try to change the other's thinking because they know it is in vain. Just look, listen and smile to spread your good vibes.

     2. Do not judge:

     When people are in a bad mood it is almost always because something in their life goes wrong, whether it is lack of love, attention among other things, that is why you should not judge. Try to spread your good cheer towards them with a little conversation about how they feel today.

    3. Keep a positive mind:

    Keeping your mind in positive is good advice if you want to avoid arguments and fights at your workplace, studies or in your own home. When you finish the day, before going to sleep, reflect on everything you did and put on a scale the good and the bad.
